Refund policy

At RC BODWORKS, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printed RC bodies. Because our items are made-to-order, please review our return policy below:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your body shell arrives damaged, warped, or defective from the printing process, please contact us at kusht2009@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will ship a replacement print to you immediately at no additional cost.

2. Standard Returns

For non-custom products, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused, and unfinished condition (unpainted, unsanded, and uncut). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Custom Commissions & Modified Orders

Custom commission prints (such as modified wheelbases or custom uploaded STL files) are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
